Tim Bibaud
BOARD MEMBER
Tim Bibaud is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1981, and New England Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1988.
From 1982 to 2010, Tim worked at the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, serving as an Assistant District Attorney from 1989 to 2010. During that time, he prosecuted criminal cases throughout Worcester County and served as Supervisor of the Homicide and Gang Units.
From 2010 to 2026, Tim served as a District Court Justice for the Massachusetts Trial Court. In 2014, he started the first Recovery/Drug Court in Worcester County and went on to present at numerous regional and national Drug Court conferences.
Tim retired from the bench in August 2026 and is a member of numerous nonprofit boards throughout Central Massachusetts.
